From an ancient family sawmill to a typical restaurant! The La Rasiga Restaurant was founded by Mr. Marino Colturi, who wanted to transform the ancient family sawmill, dating back to 1400, into a typical Valtellina restaurant. 

The restaurant, completely covered in wood, is characterized by its rustic appearance combined with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make you rediscover the ancient flavors of mountain cuisine. 

You will be able to delight yourself with our dishes, always made with the freshest and seasonal raw materials.
The La Rasiga Restaurant has become, over the years, an irreplaceable point of reference for the inhabitants of the area and for the numerous tourists thanks to the offer of numerous dishes typical of the Valtellina culinary tradition. 

Our specialty is homemade pasta, of which we offer different variations such as the inviting pizzoccheri seasoned with vegetables and typical local cheeses, among which the famous Casera stands out, or the delicious polenta gnocchi seasoned with onions and speck and pappardelle with mushrooms .
