Inside our restaurant you will be able to taste the best local cured meats, excellent barley soup, pizzoccheri, sciatt, deer meat with polenta cooked on a wood stove in the traditional copper cauldron and also excellent pork ribs, baked, veal with mushrooms and characteristic local cheeses.
